One of my new favorite recipes is this Mississippi Pot Roast! Delicious, easy to make and only requires five ingredients!
I follow Laura of @get.fit.laura on Instagram and she posts her Keto recipes all the time and while they all look delicious, this recipe in particular looked too good to pass up on trying.
I tweaked mine a little in making adjustments but it was just as good!
- 3-4 pound Chuck Roast
- 1 packet of Frank’s RedHot Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1/4 cup of Butter (sliced)
- A few slices of Pepperoncini peppers and about a tablespoon of juice from the jar of peppers.
Place roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix on top as well as the Au Jus mix.
Once the top is covered with mix, place a few of the sliced peppers on top and add the sliced butter. Spread juice around the roast and feel free to add more if you’d like.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes.
