Fresh Fruit & Yogurt Popsicle’s

This recipe is for anyone who prefers a a creamier texture and taste in Popsicle’s.

I tried a recipe that is similar to one that can be found here from With All My Affection’s Blog,  I just added in a few more ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in the blender.

Blend until chunky or smooth, depending on your preference.

Fill 3/4 of the Popsicle molds.

Pop's 049Place in freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Take out and enjoy!
