Salsa | Chile

Easy salsa recipe passed down from my mother and approved by my traditional Mexican father.

  • 8-10 Serrano Peppers or 2-5 Jalepeño’s (Your choice depending on how hot you want your salsa to be.)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 small clove of Garlic
  • Salt

First step is roasting or boiling your peppers and tomatoes. You can do either one, I roasted mine.

Next, place them in Ziploc bags to make them sweat, and after smash the peppers and tomatoes in a molcajete or blend together in a blender.
